Following software applications are developed by EKC:
- PSA - Power System Analyzer
PSA_ntc edition: Software for load-flow, Day Ahead Congestion Forecast and automatic NTC calculation; PSA is currently used for NTC calculations by the TSOs of Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania, with plans for further spreading.
PSA_maxFlow edition: Software for automatic calculation of PTDF factors and transmission capacities (MaxFlow), used by all South-east European TSOs for the dry-run of Coordinated flow-based Auction in SEE.
- MERLIN
Conversion and merging utility software which allows all round link between UCTE data format and PTI PSS/E raw format. The software is in use in UCTE and several TSOs in Europe.
- BETSEE
Web-based platform for the South-East Europe inter-TSO balancing market, used as a prototype for the Regional Balancing Mechanism by the SETSO SG BM; improved version No.2 currently in elaboration
- SPIDET
Web-based platform prototype for Intra-day electricity transactions.
- PEO
Database and application software for electricity accounting, it is being used in ISO of Bosnia-Herzegovina, NOS BiH.
- GUBICI
Software for determination of transmission losses. It has possibilities to give value of transmission losses for each requested transmission elements for predefined time horizon.
- LOSAN
Software for determination of transmission losses based on load-flow calculation on hourly basis for desired period (day, week, month, year, decade,…).
