 PSA - Power System Analyzer is Software application developed for fast load-flow, contingency and sensitivity analyses of electric power systems.
Main objective in developing PSA_ntc edition is to enable you to perform fast Day Ahead Congestion Forecast analyses as well as Net Transfer Capacities according to UCTE and ETSO standards and procedures. It supports working with UCTE data exchange format (DEF01 and DEF02) as well as PTI PSS/E raw format (ver29). PSA_ntc is currently used for Transfer capacities calculation by the TSOs of Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania, with plans for further spreading.
PSA_maxFlow edition is released during 2008, and supported by USAID. It is used for the automatic calculation of PTDF sensitivity factors and transmission capacities (MaxFlow), used by all South-east European TSOs for the dry-run of Coordinated flow-based Auction in SEE, while exploring new MaxFlow approach of Coordinated Auctioning.
