Database and application software for electricity accounting (PEO) has been developed for "Zajednički elektroenergetski koordinacioni centar" in Bosnia and Herzegovina - ZEKC, Sarajevo according to the valid UCTE rules.
Software is developed as client-server platform with database and application part. Application software consists of data entry application and report creating application. Entered hourly data are schedules and realization of production, demand, exchange programs, etc. After validating entered data, data processing has been made on a server with generating reports.
There are daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports which include: unintentional deviations, compensation programs, frequency control quality, etc. Reports contain hourly and cumulative data in accordance with UCTE tariffs and seasons.

The purpose of this software version for ZEKC was harmonization with valid UCTE rules.
Software update consisted of introduction of 10 new balance responsible parties for whom all existing data processing, data entry and report generation have been applied.
