BETSEE is a web-based platform for the South-East Europe inter-TSO balancing market, used as a prototype for the Regional Balancing Mechanism by the SETSO SG BM. It is made for the SETSO SG Balance Management in order to visualize, test and practice all technical aspects of the Regional Balancing Mechanism. BETSEE includes placing offers, baying from the platform, posting network constraints (ATCs) I multilateral inter-TSO way.
