The goals and current state of FutureFlow conceptual solutions for balancing and redispatching are presented at European Electricity Ancillary and Balancing Forum in Amsterdam, by EKC and APG representatives.

The FutureFlow project organisation, partners and conceptual solutions are presented at European Electricity Ancillary and Balancing Forum, held in Amsterdam, on 21st of April 2017.

Zoran Vujasinovic (EKC) presented the methodological approach and target model of cross-border exchange of balancing (aFRR) energy, as currently formulated within the FutureFlow project, as well as current efforts in performing simulations and pilot tests.

Milan Vukasović (APG) presented the concept of redispatching as defined within FutureFlow, with its aspects of redispatching algorithm and detection of flows origin with power Flow Colouring concept.

The presentations were followed with intensive discussion with the conference participants.
