Construction and Verification of Model for Dynamic Analyses

The objective of this study is construction of dynamic model of SEE power systems for expected development stage in 2015 and 2020. Constructed models should be adjusted with models for winter maximum regime as well as for summer minimum and maximum regime. The models should be developed in PSS®E.

Having in mind that developed SECI models for LF analyses are very detailed and include whole network of voltage level 110 kV and above as well as generators at generation voltage level, it is expected that developed model for dynamics would be detailed, because it should consist all generators connected to voltage level 110 kV and above. Practically, only generators connected to distribution network will not ne modeled.

Special attention will be paid on modeling of equivalent of external power system.

Constructed dynamic model should be sent to each member TSO for verification (confirmation).

Verification of developed model for current stage of network development against recorder large disturbances in area of SEE countries will be made in the next phase of the study.
