Goal of the project is to investigate and identify low frequency oscillation modes in Transmission system of GCCIA (Kuwait, S.Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and Oman), and to propose remedial actions to dumpen this effect and increase system stability. Time frame is from present to 2020, to investigate influence of system development on phenomenon. Consultant proposed a set of measures based on international expirience, and made a benchmarking and comparison with the practice in the rest of the world.
