Project is related to the consulting services for preparation Market Code document in Macedonia. Market Operator is responsible to cooperate with Regulatory energy committee in the preparation of Market Code. Within this project, intellectual services are provided to AD MEPSO during preparation and adoption of Market Code.
Electricity market represents organizational framework within small tariff electricity consumers, suppliers and electricity traders, electricity producers, transmission system operator, distribution system operator or qualified consumers procure electricity from electricity producers, suppliers and electricity traders for further trade or its own purposes in line with Market Code.
Type of services provided:
- Review of Energy Law and other legal regulations
- Review of proposal of the Market Code
- Analysis of documents and tables submitted with draft version of Market Code
- Comments on proposed draft version of Market Code in cooperation with competent experts from AD MEPSO
- Participation in preparation of final version of Market Code in cooperation with Regulatory energy committee
