Extension of TNA Functionalities for NOS B&H

Within this project, the upgrade TNA 2.3 software license is provided to NOS BiH, with additional functionalities.
The list of additional TNA functionalities delivered to NOS BiH is:
- Version TNA 2.3.3.;
- Control Load Flow;
- Graphical builder;
- Short circuit calculation;
- Model builder (UCTE, CGMES 2.4.15);
- Xml validation IGM, CGM, in UCTE and CGMES format;
- Automatic creation and merging of forecast models (D2, D1, D0) - Full CGMES.
