The goal of the study is to provide the APG with the Margins for Non-coordinated capacity calculations for 2023. on all relevant CNECs, enabling APG to provide justification for derogation reasons according to article 16/9 CEP EC 2019/943 regulation.
The analyses considered flow-based capacity calculation approach for Core Bidding zone, including 3 different time ranges of historical data.
Type of services provided:
- Definition of calculation concept and margin values for all CNECs based on historical data on Schedules and calculation of PTDFs.
- Development of a software tool to process a significant amount of historical data
- Justification of derogation reasons based on application of calculated margins
- Final report and presentation of results
