Goal of the project is to investigate connection options for 2000 MW CCGT and 2000 MW coal fired power plant at location Mina Saqr in Ras Al Khaima (UAE) taking into consideration  development Master plan for transmission and distribution network of FEWA (UAE) in accordance with valid technical and security criteria and standards. Also, proposed solution analysed the integration of these power plants on FEWA network and as second option integration to TRANSCO grid, as well as 500MW export to SEWA. Plan incorporated full technical and economical analyses of proposed solutions.
