Еxamination of the effects and possibilities of the construction of 400 kV line between the power systems of Montenegro and Serbia, 400 kV line B.Basta – Pljevlja, considering all possible grid reinforcements.

  • Analysis and definition of the appropriate configuration for the construction of The New Interconnection taking into account the topology scenarios and future development of transmission network in Serbia, Montenegro and other power systems
  • Assessment of the additional Net Transfer Capacities between Serbia and Montenegro contributed by the construction of the New Interconnection, also in light of electricity exchanges between Italy
  • Estimation of Capital (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditures (OPEX) volumes associated to the new interconnection realisation
  • Authorization framework in concerned countries and the Environmental Framework in which the New Interconnection line will be realised.
