The aim of the project is to update the existing plan for restoration of the power system of Montenegro after the blackout, considering the requirements of the ENTSO-E Network Code Emergency & Restoration as well as recent changes in network topology (connection of HVDC cable between Montenegro and Italy and construction of 400/110 kV transformer station Lastva).
