Objective of this project is to provide the software for the automatic processing (validity checking, merging) of the network models, and calculation of the PTDF factors and transmission capacities (TMF, AMF) for the 2008 dry-run implementation of the Coordinated flow-based Auctions in SEE region, by using the MaxFlow methodology. The tool is provided to the SEE TSOs and exercised during the monthly calculation rounds within the dry-run.
