The main goal of this study is to selected electromechanical parameters of generation units No. 1 and 2 (2×230MW) in TPP Nikola Tesla A. Within this study following electromechanical parameters have been selected:

  • generator power factor
  • ratio, regulation possibilities and impedance of step-up transformer
  • optimal range of generator impedances
  • optimal range of generation unit inertia
  • excitation system
  • turbine governor

The selection of the optimal parameters have been made in accordance of national Grid Code.
