The main goal of this study is to selected electromechanical parameters of revitalized generation units (10×32MW) in HPP Djerdap 2. Within this study the following electromechanical parameters have been selected:

  • Generator power factor
  • Ratio, regulation possibilities and impedance of step-up transformer
  • Optimal range of generator impedances
  • Optimal range of generation unit inertia
  • Excitation system
  • Turbine governor

The selection of the optimal parameters has been made in accordance of national Grid Code.
