Within this project, the software for state estimation (Energy Management System - EMS) and real-time security analyzes, with the related computer equipment, for the new dispatch center of CGES.

The analysis and selection of the measured data from the power system of Montenegro and the regional power system belonging to its observability area is done, and the definition and implementation of a flexible equivalent of outside non-modelled system.

The software applies measurements of the transmission system of Montenegro and its observability area in the state estimator, and generate a model for power flow, which is applied in the real-time for the analysis of load flow and automatic security analysis. Export of models in formats UCTE CIM XML RAW is enabled.
