Project Team Company (PTC) for establishing South-East European Auction Office (SEE CAO) is in the process of setting up the company for the execution of coordinated NTC-based auctions of cross border capacity on behalf of the TSOs in SEE.
The awarded contractor for the auction platform is "Unicorn systems", which will provide its Platform DAMAS.
EKC role is the consultancy support in monitoring, implementation and testing of the Auction Platform, including both hardware and software. This includes the consulting in revision and preparation of application design documents at the initial phase of the project.
